The Minnesota First-Generation Homebuyers Community Down Payment Assistance Fund is administered by the Midwest Minnesota Community Development Corporation (MMCDC), and Minnesota Housing programs are administered by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. Availability of all assistance funds changes as funding is exhausted and replenished — figures on this site reflect published program terms at the time of writing and must be verified with each program administrator before relying on them.
